Diann Burgener

Diann Burgener has over 30 years of hands on experience within the Fourth District Court, where she developed a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the judicial system. Throughout her career, she served in a wide range of roles, beginning as a front counter service, and moving up to an in-court clerk, courtroom support, and ultimately supervisory positions.

Upon retiring from the court, Diann transitioned into a vital role as an assistant to a retired judge in his mediation practice. Over the past decade, she has participated in more than 2,000 divorce mediations.

Diann's extensive background in both court operations and mediation reflects her enduring commitment to the legal community. She remains dedicated to helping individuals navigate a settlement in mediation with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
