Rebecca Haws Dustin is a dedicated family law attorney with more than 12 years of experience, recognized for her strong litigation skills, nuanced understanding of child welfare issues, and unwavering commitment to advocating for families during life's most challenging transitions.
Inspired by her own divorce experience and the impact of skilled advocacy, Rebecca entered the legal profession with a deep appreciation for the importance of both competence and compassion in family law.
Rebecca is a certified Child Welfare Law Specialist and has handled a wide range of complex matters, including high-conflict custody disputes, child abuse and neglect cases, protective orders, parent-time modifications, and divorce actions.
Rebecca has a long-standing commitment to community service. She has served on the boards of the Children's Justice Center and the YCC Family Crisis Center and continues to volunteer at the Family Law Clinic and the Rainbow Law Clinic.
